All electrical components have been tested in continuous operation for one year while they have maintained all their functional characteristics without any change.
LONG TERM STORAGE
The packaging provided upon purchase has been designed to be used for long-term storage of all components in good conditions.
POWER SUPPLY
Power supply from the 220 V/5V 1A socket adapter for all types of uses.
Is included in the basic package.
Power supply from external battery (accumulator) provides lighting for 4 hours at maximum intensity from external 5V/10,000 mAh battery.
The battery is not included but is available in the public commercial system.
Power supply from the holder for 4 AA batteries or AA batteries with USB type A connector provides lighting for 2 hours at maximum intensity and 10 hours at medium intensity.
The holder is available as an option on our website semnulbucuriei.ro.
The power supply via the cable included in the Basic Package may be provided as well from any other source with a USB type A connector such as: COMPUTER DESKTOP, LAPTOP, any type of plug adapter, etc.
The cross can also be powered directly from any other 5V - 1A source (widely available) equipped with 5.5mm x 2.1mm coaxial connector which is also the most widely used type of coaxial connector.

“Semnul Bucuriei” is a registered trademark and industrial design registered and internationally recognized copyright. The electrical components are manufactured by CE and RoHS certified manufacturers.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Completing the payment for the product also constitutes that the buyer has learned about the conditions of the the warranty and return of the value of the products unilaterally decided by the buyer
BUYER – the person whose name is written on the receipt purchase
MANUFACTURER – S.C. VICTOR PROJECT SRL, a limited liability Romanian company
COMPONENT/PRODUCT – any product sold by VICTOR PROJECT SRL
The warranty covers any component supplied by the manufacturer. At the request of the buyer the manufacturer will replace at no cost to the buyer buyer, for a period of 3 years starting from the date of the delivery of the purchased items to the buyer. The replacement of the component(s) will be completed upon the receipt of the proof of purchase respectively the payment receipt issued by an authorized seller. Within 7 days of the receipt of the defective item, the manufacturer will send to the buyer the proper functioning item. There are to be replaced components with defects which the manufacturer’s fault. Defective components caused by abusive use or defective usage are not to be covered by the warranty such that they will not be replaced.
RETURN OF THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCTS UNILATERALLY DECIDED BY THE BUYER.
The return of the product value will be made by VICTOR PROJECT SRL in the form in which the payment was made, within 7 days after receiving the undamaged products presented in original packaging and original receipt issued by an authorized seller.
In the case of the products delivered during the period from February to November inclusive, the return of the value will be made under the conditions that the products will be sent back to VICTOR PROJECT SRL within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase, a period proven by the purchase documents and the return shipping receipts.
In the case of the products delivered during the period the months of December and January inclusive, the return of the value will be made under the conditions that the products will be sent back to VICTOR PROJECT SRL within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, a period proven by the purchase documents and the return shipping receipts.
